After more than two decades of servant leadership in enrollment management, our Founder uncovered a consistent frustration experienced by enrollment team members, Directors of Admission and Enrollment Management, CFOs and Heads of School alike. The cumulative impact of inconsistent and non-strategic approaches was being exposed during periods of staff and leadership transition. A lack of documented processes and ‘lessons learned’ forced schools to repetitively begin anew, often exacerbating negative momentum or reversing positive momentum.

To better serve our clients, and always guided by a pursuit of his Massive Transformational Goal (MTG), Vincent immersed himself in the core principles of Project Management, eventually earning an international PMP (Project Management Professional) certification with the intent to uncover applicable, agile approaches from peer sectors such as technology, construction and engineering. A combination of proven Project Management techniques, too often underutilized in education, with best practices from the Enrollment Management field, provides school leaders an opportunity to directly address their community’s unique enrollment management challenges.

The culmination of these efforts was the founding of Agile Enrollment Solutions and The 1K: A Foundation for Enrollment Management.
